Kharkiv, Lviv, Rivne, Cherkasy and Kherson regions were also hit. In Kherson as a result of a missile strike it is known about three dead citizens. As a result of a hit on a hotel in Cherkassy dozens of civilians are under the rubble - the terrorist state continues to kill Ukrainians. A missile strike on Rivne caused the destruction of energy and civilian infrastructure. Air defense forces shot down 36 of 43 Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kh-55 cruise missiles. Kharkov was attacked with S-300 missiles. In the strike, the Russians tried to hit substations - as expected, Russia is launching a large-scale energy terrorization of Ukraine.

More than 10 Tu 95ms aircrafts of the Russian strategic aviation participated in an attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The main target of the terrorist state was Kiev - it is tentatively known about 7 civilian casualties in the Ukrainian capital, including injuries to a 9-year-old child. As a result of falling debris from the downed missiles, residential houses in different parts of the city caught fire. The Russians are using various tactics in an attempt to deplete air defense systems and cause the most damage to infrastructure. This time, cruise missiles launched from the Caspian Sea maneuvered over Ukraine for a long time, trying to hit civilian infrastructure. Thus, as a result of hitting an energy facility in Rivne, there were temporary power outages, which were quickly restored.

Russia has committed yet another war crime against Ukraine. Against the backdrop of the ongoing military failures of the Russian army, which has not had any achievements on the battlefield since the winter of this year, Putin is intensifying the terrorization of civilian Ukrainians. This year, Russia has started striking Ukraine's energy infrastructure quite early: last year, the first such attack took place on October 10. This indicates that Ukraine is in for another hard winter. The terrorist state will again try to rid Ukrainians of light and heat. The inevitable intensification of missile strikes during the cold weather may lead to great loss of life.

In this regard, the timely provision of air defense assets is critical: Putin's plans to destroy Ukraine's energy infrastructure must once again fail.
