Drone strikes on Russia have become a retaliation for Putin's geopolitical adventure

On August 30th, Russia experienced its largest-ever drone attack since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. As a result, in Pskov, two Il-76 aircraft were destroyed by drones, and two more aircraft sustained serious damage. Such attacks have become commonplace, with Moscow's business center "Moscow City" being targeted three times by drone attacks during the summer. More and more Russians are feeling that war has reached their territory. This is a logical consequence of the geopolitical adventure undertaken by the greatest contemporary military criminal, Vladimir Putin.

The Ukrainian military-industrial complex (MIC) has announced a plan to produce no less than 200,000 drones per year, with some models capable of covering distances of at least 800 kilometers while remaining invisible to Russian air defense. Ukraine possesses a wide range of UAVs, including strike, reconnaissance, and surface drones. They are increasingly being used against military targets in Russia, as well as against factories whose products are used in the Russian MIC. This includes the "Kremniy EL" enterprise in the Bryansk region, which was also targeted by drones during the August 30th attack. Unlike Russia, which deliberately chooses residential buildings as targets, Ukraine exclusively targets military facilities.

A terrorist state with the goal of destroying as many peaceful Ukrainians as possible must face deserved punishment. Ukraine, whose army is holding back the advance of Russian occupation forces, needs continued support from the West both politically and through the supply of modern weapons and equipment.
