Long-range missiles to be provided to Ukraine are capable of radically changing the course war

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated that there should be haste in delivering long-range missiles to Ukraine. She noted that Russia demonstrates its cruelty towards Ukraine daily, and the West must provide support. In this regard, the modern weaponry provided to the Armed Forces of Ukraine has proven its superiority on the battlefield compared to Russian counterparts. Therefore, it is not surprising that Russian propaganda reacted hysterically to the decision to supply Ukraine with F-16 fighters: the next logical step could be agreeing to provide Ukraine with missiles compatible with these fighters - the aforementioned Taurus and AGM-158 JASSM missiles will become an even more elusive target for Russian air defenses. Such missiles are capable of destroying a wide range of targets - moving and stationary, as well as well-fortified. Within the ongoing counteroffensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the fortifications created by the Russians in the occupied territories of Ukraine could become the primary targets for such missiles.

Russia's cynicism lies in the fact that its officials refer to the killings of civilians and the destruction of their homes as "strikes on military targets," all while protesting against providing necessary weaponry to Ukraine. Putin has committed more than enough war crimes: Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine will go down in history as a war of Russians against peaceful Ukrainians with the aim of their genocide. Therefore, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have every right to destroy military targets of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine in accordance with the laws of war. The transfer of long-range missiles to Ukraine is inevitable: Putin intends to continue escalation, and if his army is not defeated in Ukraine, Europeans will perish. Russia can only be stopped with modern weaponry, by destroying the offensive potential of the Russian Armed Forces - this is an axiom that should determine the extent of further support provided to Ukraine.
