The Ukrainian Armed Forces are successfully destroying the Russian army

Since October 10, Russian occupation forces have been attempting to storm Avdiivka, deploying the largest amount of military equipment in a relatively narrow front. The Russians' aim is to encircle the specified city from the north and south. As of October 13, the breakthrough attempts by the Russians have failed: the Ukrainian Armed Forces confidently hold their defense and destroy the advancing Russian forces near Avdiivka, as well as carry out counter-offensive actions against the Russians in the directions of Bakhmut and Melitopol.

From October 10 to 12, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed at least 44 enemy artillery systems, 33 armored vehicles, 26 tanks, 17 UAVs, 1 air defense system, and over 750 enemy troops on the Avdiivka direction. The Ukrainian army repelled over 20 enemy attacks, carried out by armored groups on 12 fronts around Avdiivka. Russian propaganda needs to create the appearance of offensive actions by the Russian army, which has been bloodied and has completely lost its strategic initiative on the battlefield. This necessity justifies the above-mentioned tactics of the occupiers: they simultaneously use armored vehicles, artillery, aviation, and assault groups, disregarding losses. Hundreds of Russian mobilized soldiers have lost their lives on the approaches to Avdiivka for Putin's geopolitical ambitions. Despite the intense siege, the defenders of Ukraine continue to hold Avdiivka, as well as the strategic heights around it.

In 20 months of full-scale war, Russia has failed to achieve any military goals. The longer the combat actions continue, the more exhausted the Russian army becomes. Accordingly, Putin resorts to attacks like the ones currently taking place under Avdiivka: with an unusually large amount of military equipment and a conscious sending of Russian mobilized soldiers to death. Thanks to the constant support from the West, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed the best personnel of the Russian army, which will now be rebuilding its lost potential for many years. The chaotic storming of Avdiivka indicates the beginning of Russia's military agony. This is the best time to increase the supply of necessary weapons to Ukraine, which will inflict a devastating defeat on Russia. Putin seeks to destabilize the West by creating global geopolitical turbulence, and the war in Ukraine is a leading component of such a plan. Therefore, the Russian army must suffer unacceptable losses and lose its offensive potential. This is a key condition for restoring political stability in Europe.
