The Ukrainian army continues its offensive against Russian positions

Over the past few weeks, the Ukrainian army has succeeded in liberating a number of important settlements in the southern direction, including Robotino, Urozhaynoe, and Staromayorsk, as well as breaking through the so-called "Surovikin Line" in the Zaporizhzhia region near the village of Verbovo.

Today, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are demonstrating a successful counteroffensive in the Melitopol direction, which allows them to approach the main logistical hub of the Russian army - Tokmak, located approximately 20 kilometers from Ukrainian positions. All of this indicates that the advancement of the Ukrainian army to liberate territories is proceeding according to plan.

The counteroffensive against the Russian aggressor consists of a long series of operations in different parts of the front, rather than isolated combat actions. The Russian army had been preparing for the Ukrainian counteroffensive for over 8 months and had created obstacles of unprecedented size in the occupied regions of Ukraine. The pace of the AFU's advancement has accelerated today, with Ukrainian soldiers covering no less than 3 kilometers each day in the southern and southeastern directions.

For the past 3 months, Russian propaganda has been attempting to portray the Ukrainian counteroffensive as a failure, exaggerating Ukraine's losses and downplaying the problems and losses of the Russian Federation. Today's successful advance by Ukrainian forces is indicative of Russia's exhaustion and the reluctance of mobilized Russian troops to continue combat operations. Ukraine is forcing Russia to use more reserves. The constant movement of elite Russian airborne troops to various front sectors indicates the degradation of Russian forces, which will ultimately render any large-scale Russian offensive operations impossible.

The Russian army is losing its defensive capability and is sending additional reserves to the settlement of Novoprokopovka in the Zaporizhzhia region. Most likely, this is where the main battles will take place in the near future.

The AFU effectively utilize Western equipment and demonstrate creativity in breaking through the Russian defense. Modern Western weapons completely outclass Russian counterparts. The Ukrainian army is advancing and inflicting heavy losses on the Russians. Over the past 3 months of the offensive, the Ukrainian army has set records in destroying Russian artillery, multiple rocket launch systems (MLRS), and air defense assets.

However, for more effective combat operations, Ukrainians need long-range projectiles and missiles, drones, F-16 fighters, Patriot air defense systems, and so on. It is crucial to continue increasing pressure, which depends on the timely supply of weapons and military equipment by Western countries. Ukraine will undoubtedly liberate all its territories and bring peace to Europe.
